Introducing Christopher Hendrix Colbert

Christopher Hendrx was born 11/26/09 at 12:09, weighing 7 lbs. 1oz at 19/12 inches long. Needless to say he greatly added to all we had to be thankful for on Thanksgiving day. We are absolutely in love with him, as you can see...

Halloween Fun...

Halloween was a blast this year. We had quite the theme going on! The kids got tons of candy and the neighbors got a kick out of our costumes. We finally have a break from all of the rain and are enjoying the early light and the fall weather. We are getting ready for Cole's 8th birthday celebration and the arrival of little brother.

Christopher's Baby Shower

Our friends, Richie, Adam, and Mandy hosted the most amazing baby shower for us! We are blessed with amazing family and friends. Christopher got so many incredible gifts. We can't wait to meet him!!

Over 12 years ago God blessed me with this wonderful friend. We have laughed together, cried together, and screamed together. Our friendship has taken on many different dynamics over the years- from getting our first "legal" alcoholic beverage together at 21 to being by each other's side in delivery rooms during childbirth. She is truly my best friend...my "all we need is each other and some snacks" friend. Friends that can talk about anything and everything and always understand exactly what the other one is going through or dealing with. A woman has many "different" friends that come in and out of her life, fulfilling different roles and needs...my Mandy is my dearest. I know that makes sense to her.

First Day of School

Cole and Kylie have had a fabulous start to the school year! It's hard to believe that Cole is in the 2nd grade and that my BABY is in Kindergarten. They have both been blessed with awesome teachers this year and are loving school.

It's a BOY

It's a new baby brother for Cole and Kylie! We are beyond thrilled, and will have a very balanced household with two boys and two girls. Christopher Hendrix Colbert is due to arrive December 13th. We couldn't ask for a more wonderful Christmas gift...
